Headed up by Managing Director Kelly Armour, Lotus Talent Solutions carries 16 years of recruitment experience, specialising in technical sales and marketing recruitment in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Delivering headhunting, search and selection and contingency recruitment services.

Kelly has recruited across a range of industries and disciplines throughout her career and decided to combine her experience to focus on technical sales and marketing recruitment.
