Headed up by Managing Director Kelly Armour, Lotus Talent Solutions carries 15 years of recruitment experience recruiting from entry to Director level. Lotus Talent Solutions offers exclusive, retained, executive and contingency recruitment services across sales, marketing and communications.

Kelly has recruited across a range of industries and disciplines and with experience under her belt, she decided to narrow her focus to sales, marketing and communications.
